Velvet & Vivid Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, please note that we only offer exchanges, and returns are limited to specific conditions as outlined below:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are accepted only if the request is submitted no later than the next day after receiving the item.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Non-exchangeable items: Underwear, swimsuits, tights, socks, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please submit your request in written form via email at sales@velvetandvivid.ge within the specified time frame. The Velvet & Vivid team will receive your request and inform you of the next steps.
    • Our team will assess the condition of the returned item to determine if it qualifies for an exchange.
  3. Damaged Items:
    • If the item you received is damaged, you may request a return, which will be subject to an inspection. We will carefully review the item, and if the damage is confirmed, we will proceed with the return.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as damaged.
